How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders of $199 USD or more, worldwide.

Orders below $199 USD are subject to shipping fees calculated at checkout based on your destination.

How long does it take to process my order?

Each DUOPOEM piece is carefully prepared, and personalized jewelry receives extra attention to make it uniquely yours.

Please allow 7 business days for processing and preparation before your order is shipped.

Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

If you need your order sooner, please contact us before placing your order to inquire about expedited processing availability.

If your order is completed ahead of schedule, we'll ship it out early rather than waiting until the end of the processing period.

How long will delivery take?

Once your order has been dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your destination.

Will I receive tracking information?

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees depending on the destination country's regulations.

Any duties or taxes not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the recipient, where applicable.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

For customers in the United States:
No additional tariffs or duties will be applied. We ship to the US every week and customers do not receive extra charges when their package arrives.
